Our room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. The hotel was ideally placed. Goocha Dizengoff, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the property...

I didn't like the fact that the fucking hotel took another 250 euros off my card when I was home.

Great!!! There is no better location in the center of Tel Aviv everything is in walking distance, yet it's very quiet and safe. The atmosphere is homy, clean and simple not too much hu-ha the room we had was big and comfortable. the stuff is nice and helpful great value for money.

The staff was very courtuous and did everything to help us .The Arbel suites hotel was a few minutes away from Dizengof street ,and about 10 minutes walk from the beaches. We had a lovely holiday at the Arbel suites Hotel.

The room I had was comfortable and clean. The owner and staff were very pleasant and the facilities were comfortable
I used the telephone to make some local calls. I was not advised that I would be charged for these calls. All in all for 11 calls I was charged 130nis or about $30. It doesn't take a lot to let a person know upfront what charges one will be responsible. Nickeling and diming just did not leave a good taste in my mouth, particularly, when I was presented the statement for the phone charges when I returned seven hours after checkout to pick up my suit case.

The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice, but you must have a car if you want to explore the golan.
Do not use their laundry service .. Unfortunately, on my last day I did and I received someone else's clothes back. The man at reception tried very hard to solve the matter but would not accept responsibility. He even asked me if I liked the clothes and would keep theirs instead! The cleaners also soaked on of my teeshirts in nescafe as well. The man at reception just didnt get what I was saying.
